By ordering and using the Origin Labo New Zealand website you acknowledge and accept all terms and conditions listed below. Origin Labo New Zealand reserves the right to make changes to its website and terms at any time.

Please choose carefully when placing orders as we only provide refunds for faulty items. Changing your mind is not a valid reason for return or cancellation of an order

Prices

Due to exchange rates our prices update automatically. This means that all prices and descriptions may change without notice. The prices listed at checkout are the final price you pay to Origin Labo New Zealand, there are no hidden costs or additional charges unless specified during checkout. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Website Errors

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in our service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in our service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Road Laws

Origin Labo New Zealand assumes all items sold will be used in a legal manner. Origin Labo New Zealand does not condone street racing or illegal activities and will not support them in any way. We take no responsibility for persons displaying the sticker and performing these activities as it is by their own free will. Origin Labo New Zealand will not be liable for any damage or injury caused to persons or property resulting from misuse or incorrect installation of any parts. Unless otherwise specified it is assumed all parts are for off road use only.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website or our service, or any contact on the website through which our service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Return and Cancellations

Any order which is cancelled once processing has begun will be subject to a 25% (Twenty Five Percent) re-stocking fee. Please make sure the product that you are ordering is exactly what you are after. We are not responsible for you choosing the incorrect part for your vehicle. We will not provide any credit or return for this. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us directly to discuss prior to making your order.

Origin Labo New Zealand may accept non-faulty returns only when the part which was received is different to the part which was ordered. If the part ordered was not what you expected or not what

you wanted and you wish to return it you will be subject to pay the 25% restocking fee plus all freight to return the item to us. Please note: restocking can only occur if the product is UNOPENED and UNUSED. Change of mind returns will receive store credit only, no cash back is provided. All returns must be made within 14 days of you taking possession of the item.

General

We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to warrant our items for private use. For business or commercial purposes, this act does not apply, and warranties will not be given unless agreed upon by us.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our service will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel our service at any time, without notice to you. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, our service is at your sole risk. Our service and all products and services delivered to you through our service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to our service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of our service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
